TASC Board of Directors Mission

The Board of Directors of the Turkish American Society of Chicago (TASC) is responsible for guiding the organization’s strategic direction, ensuring sound governance, and upholding its mission to promote cultural understanding, education, and community service.

The Board of Directors is committed to transparency, collaboration, and service — values that continue to guide TASC’s contributions to the Turkish-American community and the broader American society in the greater Chicago area.

We look forward to continuing our work together in fostering unity, growth, and mutual understanding between the Turkish-American and American communities within our vibrant society.

TASC Board of Directors Meeting Schedule

The Board meets regularly on the first Monday of each month from 6:00 PM to 8:30 PM. 

All meetings are held at TASC, 501 Midway Drive, Mount Prospect, IL. 

These meetings provide an opportunity to review organizational initiatives, evaluate ongoing programs, and make decisions that best serve the interests of our community.

Public Comment Sessions

TASC welcomes public comments during these meetings, as community feedback plays a vital role in shaping our programs and policies. 

Individuals who wish to share their perspectives, suggestions, or concerns with the Board may do so by attending the Public Comment Session or by completing the Public Comment & RSVP Google Form provided below.

Those planning to attend—either to make a public comment or to submit their comment in writing—are kindly asked to RSVP through the Google Form prior to the meeting.
